No product images in admin categories.php

Hi all,

I just installed OSCommerce today. I was pleased at how simple it was.

 

One thing that isn't working properly (almost everything else is) is the little preview image that comes up for each product in the Administration panel under Catalog>Categories/Products.

 

I'm still using all the demo products and images.

 

The URL for the image is (for example):

http://www.mydomain.com/catalog/images/dvd/a_bugs_life.gif

 

The URL should be:

http://www.mydomain.com/otherfolder/catalog/images/dvd/a_bugs_life.gif

 

The strange thing is that in the configuration files I don't use http://www.mydomain.com

 

I only use:

http://www.mydomain.com/otherfolder

 

Once this site is ready there will be a domain name attached to the "otherfolder" and I will change my config files to http://www.newdomain.com/ but I don't understand what's causing the problem here.

 

The product images are showing up fine everywhere else in the catalog.

 

Can anyone shed light on this?
