CCGV and checkout_shipping and checkout_payment?

This is an odd one - Over the weekend I installed the CCGV contribution. It works great for the most part. But now I has an issue I can't figure out. Some of my catalog items refuse to use the shipping table. If you put them and one that item in the cart and than go to check out the system skips right over checkout_shipping.php and takes you right to checkout_payment.php. Thus skipping over the table shipping fee/Delivery Info screen

 

I can't for the life of me figure this one out. Could it be something has changed in the code after the CCGC was put in place?
