Winston26 Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 I am having trouble installing os-commerce 2.2. I get to step 2 where I can enter my database info (DB server, username, password, DB name, persistent connections, etc). When I enter all this information and click next, I get onto the next screen, but it only loads half way (this is the last url: http://localhost/catalog/install/install.php?step=2). I have searched through the forum for any help and have tried the following: -I have turned register_long_arrays = on -I have changed the $this in uploads.php to unset($this) on line 31 -I have turned Register_Globals=On -I have run the go-pear.bat file in my php directory -I have installed the globals patch files provided by vger I am currently running XP SP2, MySQL 4.1, php 5 and Apache 2.0.55. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
