Need Help on Sale Offer Contrib

I tried to install the contrib that group item for a definite price and at the end it gives me an error message...

I would like to know if anybody can help me ! It is installed as a module... but in the package the module files stands outside of order_total in module, no install menu showing in admin, so I have put the file in order_total, log in admin, module, order total, error message shows but module appear... !@#@#$&
