Additional delivery rates

I have just installed this simple contribution:

As I am creating an oscommerce site. The client has asked this:

 

When the payment is being made can you add the following options for Delivery:

Next Day - ?8.00

Special Delivery (3/7 Days) - ?5.50

Standard Mail Service - ?3.80

 

Is there a simple way to add these options using this contribution or any other?

 

Also when installed and activated I am asked to 'remember to update the language file'. I'm a bit stumped by this as I dont know what exactly I have to update and which of the language files to do it to.
