Change postcode to Zip Code

Two questions:

 

1) Where can I change Postcode to read "Zip Code"?

 

 

2) Where can I can change the name of an item in the "Information Box"? Specifically I want to change the name "Conditions of Use".

Lines 126 for Conditions of Use, and 194 for Post Code (not sure if 194 controls every instance)
