Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect()

I tried making another category in the box at the bottom that has the privacy, conditions, shipping, etc. by copying the conditions file and changing the pertinent info in every place I could think of, but I get this message:

Nevermind. I got it, there were a couple more files I needed to copy and edit and now it works great.
