How to customize the information section

I am really lost here, please help.

I want to modify the Information section

"Shipping and Return"

"Privacy Notice"

"Condition of Use"

so it would be something meaningful instead of

"Put your information here..."

But I can't seem to find the files or data table that I need

to access for my modifications. Can anyone show me the light?

Most of .php files have language files where all of that text is defined. For example, to change the contact_us.php English text, you'd edit includes/languages/english/contact_us.php.
