skinwehr Posted December 9, 2005 Share Posted December 9, 2005 I am having a similar problem when I get to the last part of the installation and there are buttons for "catalog" and "administration tool". When I click on these buttons my browser takes me to http://www.r-sjewelry.com/catalog/index.php and there is an error message saying "unable to connect to database server!" I called my hosting company and it seems that all is well on their end; it looks like I screwed something up. Anybody know what I need to do? Thank you in advance.
