Changing Stock

My stock/products change often. Most of what I sell I do not 'reorder'. Is there a setting or a way to have the store automatically delete the listing once the last item has been sold or do you have to manually delete the item in your admin control panel?

It is not a good idea in terms of record keeping to delete sold products. You certanly could not delete them until the order was processed. If you delete them after the order was processed customers won't be able to see the product in their order history. Why do you need to delete it anyway? If it goes out of stock then it won't show in the store and should not bother you in Admin.

 

THe best thing to do to be honest is to have a clean up once a year tied in with your tax cycle. Take a copy of the database and keep it. Then clean up old orders, customers and products. Someone should write a contribution for year end processing :)
