Quality and ease of installation :) The one from the osc team is an upload a couple of files and your away.. the one from devosc requires hacking around of core files. GO with the one that comes from OSC team as it will support all the later OSC release too. Always good to have contributions from the makers of the system rather then going for the other one if you see to long term stability and competence.
