Catalog and admin error

I have two problem and i don't know how to settle it. To all member, please help me.

 

1) When i click at admin (http://localhost/catalog/admin/index.php'>http://localhost/catalog/admin/index.php) below error appear:

C:\xampplite\htdocs\catalog\admin\includes\classes\upload.php on line 31

 

 

2)When i click at catalog directory (http://localhost/catalog) below error appear on the top of the page:

C:/xampplite/htdocs/catalog/includes/configure.php
