jamie_coull Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 I have recently integrated Protx payment gateway into my site. Basically after the Payment Confirmation page the site is redirected to the Protx site, which takes the payment, i have had 2 problems: 1) after the payment has been successful Protx redirects back to the site. The user is then not still logged in. Protx allows me to specify what page the site is directed back to on a successful payment and an unsuccessful payment. 2) after the payment has been made,when the user signs in, their shopping cart still has the previous items bought in the shopping basket. i got this reply from the Protx support team: It sounds like the problem is relating to timing out their login session on your website when the customers are redirected to the payment page and then back again.
