Daventry Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 When I try and place an order in my store and check-out, the folliwng shipping error occurs: "An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner." I set UPS up in my Admin file. Does this have something to do with my site being Canadian?!? I've been told by a Tech Support individual that, because I am based in Canada, I have to download the UPS XML Rates v1.01 patch in order to get UPS to work for Canadian carts.
