can someone help with last few things before finishing

hi,

 

my site is still in progress which you can view here.

there are just a couple of things i need to do before i can declare it finished and need some help...

 

1. i initially took out the 'specials' option and would now like to put it back in at the top of the main page just above the 'new releases'...can anyone tell me how to do this please?

 

2. is it possible to take out the 'country' drop down option as the site is only open to the UK.

 

3. is it possible to set up seperate email accounts? i would like to set up emails for the following:

the main contact address to be - info@

returns address - returns@

all sales - sales@

 

 

4. i would like to change the text in the 'out of stock' text and can't find where to change this...anyone know?

Regretfully, I cannot help you with all of your questions, but I do know the answer to #4. All you have to do is go into your configuration, click STOCK, then edit the "value" of "mark product out of stock" to say whatever you want. I believe the default of this is ***. But you can change it to whatever.

i have changed this but what i want to do is to change the text that appears at the bottom of paoduct..which says...

"Products marked with *** dont exist in desired quantity in our stock.

You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process."

It will be in a language file - that is what they are for. so go look there and find a file that matches the program name.

 

With the different emails you may be better off installing the help desk.

 

As to the specials, there is a specials on main page contribution
