Security Warning Help

Need to get my First OSC site up and was getting a security warning message about secure and non secure items. Someone in my last topic told me to to put in a "www" in the define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://emrockatv.com');

line of the configure.php file but now I get the red bar at the top of the page saying it can write to this file. I tried to mess with the chmod permissions but does nothing. PLEASE HELP! The site is www.emrockatv.com

Still does not help anything and still get the security warnings.
