Adding a Table mysql and making it show up on links page

Hello everyone and can some please point out how to do this

 

I would like to add a table of infomation that can be used from the information box links to update the page information. if you go to www.thebadboys.us and look at the table I manually update, and we all know what a pain in the butt that can be.

 

I would really like to add a table similar to catagoies, only changing the fields to what I need on those page.

 

Does anyone know if this can be done. my new site for this design is www.badboysdarts.com I have yet to make this live I am trying to get this table to shedule, and dart players statistics. If you look at both sites you may get an idea of what I am attempting to accomplish.

 

If anyonr reading this can could assist me in creating a team statistic contribution, I would very much appreciate it. once designed who knows how many people might like this addition to there site.
