fixed product details in admin when adding products

Is there any way I can add fixed product details, ie, I just want to tell viewers some details with several titles without giving them a choice, no drop boxes. I need to show them the option also

 

eg,

 

Name: XXXXXXXX -

 

Description: XXXXXX

 

(the Name and Description would already be in the setup and I would fill in the details, however, all text would show up next to the product).

 

The only way I can do this is by hand which is really lengthy as I have 400 item to put in and the options, such as Name and Descritpion, do not show up by the image. I have created an html box to put in description, but this needs cutting and pasting in every item and is littered with code so it's very difficult to use continuously.
