4QMobiles Posted October 13, 2005 Share Posted October 13, 2005 hi guys got an issue here http://www.4qmobiles.co.uk/trade/ as you can see at the top it says the file isnt set to the correct permission and can be a security risk, looks very bad to potential customers but i cant get rid of it, yesterday it was fine the suddently i see this today, i havent changed anything and have tried to change the security settings to no avail, any ideas please? Guest Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 you have to chmod it to something that isn't writable :) leaving your site as it is, i'm pretty sure it's easily hackable. there is a reason those warnings are there, so don't delete them without solving the problem first. right click on config.php in your ftp file and make the permissions read / no write, etc. depending on your server you may have to play around with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
