new_products.php issues

All of the sudden my new_products.php box no longer say "New Products for October" but now it says: TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS - I went into the new_products.php but I can't figure out where I need to correct that text issue.

 

Also how do I add more products to the new_products.php file or have it display more products??

to change the value, go to admin -> configuration -> max values -> New Products Listing

I can't seem to find that TEXT_MAIN issue within the index.php. Here is the text of the file:
