where to add superior keyword search

Hello, I added coding for a much improved keyword search that has to be place in the header. My problem is, I don't know exactly where this should be . If in header.php, it shows up and works beautifully (see www.stockshoots.co.uk) but sits right on top of my logo and I want to turn it into a pretty box and put it on the right. I think that if I put it anywhere else it won't work. I wonder if someone can help. I will keep searching and will post if I find a solution.
