Configuring Paypal IPN

I've gotten to this point and now i'm stuck. I'm trying to accept credit cards through paypal ipn, and I have the contribution installed. I think i filled in all the fields correctly, but when i try to test it, the gives me the default 'page cannot be displayed' page.

 

Do you have to install openssl on your webserver? is that what 'openssl location' is? Also, have i installed the keys in the right place?

 

These are the settings.
