Error in Special Products because I deleted them

Hi there, I know what has caused this problem, but I am looking to rectify it.

 

I deleted all the items from my categories section, and now the special products section and the products expected section come up with this error below. Is there anyway I can somehow correct this so that they are live again? because I can't even add anything under these categories.

 

Do direct me to existing threads if they're there (the search function really doesnt work! :( :P ) thanks

 

 

Special products:

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-20, 20' at line 1
