Guest
When people order stuff, where does the money go? I mean, it says they paid such-and-such an amount, and I send the products, but what happens when I need to use the $$ to get more stuff? I can't figure that out. If they are paying you through paypal you need to collect the money from your paypal account. Im not sure if that is your question but..... If they sent you Money order you need to cash it... wizardsandwars
First, you need to decide HOW you are going to collect the money. PayPal is a quick way to get up and running. osC does not collect the money on it's own. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. Guest
where is the money going to? what are you using now for sending the products out?
wizardsandwars
They money will go to whatever you decide to set up. For example, if you decide to use paypal as your payment processer, then the money will go to your paypal account. If you decide to use a merchant account and payment gateway, such as authorize.net, then the money will first go to your merchant account, and then will trickle down to your business bank account. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. Guest
It's all good, I figured it out right after I wrote that. I feel like such an idiot, though.
