Guest Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 I have installed the allproducts contribution and now get this error when I click on the site map link: 1054 - Unknown column 'c.categories_status' in 'where clause' select c.categories_id, cd.categories_name, c.parent_id from categories c, categories_description cd where c.categories_status = '1' and c.categories_id = cd.categories_id and cd.language_id = '1' order by c.parent_id, c.sort_order, cd.categories_name [TEP STOP] Can anyone please help me out? You can view the page itself if you would like here. Thanks in advance! Autumn
Guest Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 ok seems you have another contribution that installed the categories_status column in the dbase (probably categories enable/disable?). Then somehow when you installed the allproducts some code got overwritten. That's my best guess. Or the code you integrated had this extra field in and was relying on another contribution to function.

What is confusing me most about this contribution is that I haven't done a thing to the database as there weren't any instructions to do anything there. Everything was done in editing a couple of files in the catalog, adding the new files and voila....supposedly. I went back to the contributions page and downloaded a few other packs, but none of them had any information about editing the database. I've been trying to get someone to help me with this for over a month and apparently I need to just remove the contribution and find another, better site mapping contrib. Thanks Enigma
