When I tried to change the wording on our Customer Service page, it told me I didn't have permission. When I tried to chang the wording on our Privacy page, it told me I didn't have permission. When I tried to upload a module (from contributions) to allow us to allow store pickups, it told me I didn't have permission. I looked all through the administration panel, and didn't see anything about permissions. I was able to change the welcome page to our store, after I told the web designer about the error, and he reset the permissions. It looks like I may run into this error a lot, and I don't want to have to consult with/ wait on the web designer everytime I need to make a change in our store. Can someone please explain to me what permission are, where and how I can change them, do I have to change them for each file individually, or can I make a blanket change that will change the permissions on everything??? I also saw somewhere in the forum where it told a person to use a ftp program. What exactly is that, and if I need one, please make a suggestions as to one that I can use, and how I use it with osCommerce. Thanks in advance for all of your help. Have a wonderfully blessed day!
