Catalog images directory is not writable

I just transfered this catalog from another server and now I get the following error:

 

Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable:

somebody please help me, I am over deadline on this project as it is. Thank You for your time.

 

Figured it out,

Just do what the error says and set the file attributes of the images folder to 777 using any ftp program.

 

Im just freaking cuz its go time, sorry for wasting anyones time.

If someone knows the other files I need to reset file attributes for it would help alot, I dont need anymore surprises today. Thanks

Hi, make sure to check that your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php file permissions are set to 444. This will stop one potential area of nasty surprises.
