in the Products Attributes i am haveing trouble getting a certain option to be at the top of the munu on the product page

 

is there a way to do this

and also how do i but them into a order that i want them to be in

you will have to look for a contrib to sort the options and one to sort the option values. A column for the sorting will be added, and you fill it in while creating the new option or option value.
