1. Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php.

- Where should this directory be? admin/backups? Also, what should the permissions be set at? 777?

2. Error: Graphs directory is not writeable.

- Would this be under admiin/includes and set at 777?

If you have an admin/backup directory made, you need to set the correct name in admin/includes/configure.php. If not, then you need to make one.

Graphs directory might need to be set to 777. It depends on how their server is configured. Try a permission that's less "open," like 744, then 774, then 777.

I am also having problems with the backup because it says that I need to set it in the configure.php. I have created a backup folder in admin under the catalog. The permissions are set to 777. I just don't know what to do next.

How do you set the configure.php to the right backup. I look at my configure php and I don't really see a line of code where I can change the location of the backup. Or is it something that I need to add. If so what piece of code should I put in there. Afraid that I will make something worse. Since I don't have a backup yet and that is what i'm trying to do I figured I should wait for some assistance.

Thanks for any help that you might provide.

I found my mistake. I had backup as the folder when it should be backups. Problem solved.
