philcassell Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 Hello Os folks!! Is there a way to do a bulk upload of information? lets say I have 30 up to 300 products going under one catergory. Is there a way to do all that at once without having to input them individually. I know that there are different pages associated with the category. Unfortunately I dont really understand how it all works. I am not really a programer so whe I follow the instructions and i get errors, things get a bit frustating. I see that I am able to export the tables into excel. Of course that looked easy enough until I tried to import them back and get errors again. So.... This is how i understand it. I have exported products, products_to_catergories and product_descriptions all into excel. How do I import excel back into mysql? Peace Phil Ok, - I got the easy population to install properly (so it seems) - I dont get any errors when I press insert to db - I just dont see the file that I uploaded So I went back to the instructions and did this "2.
