Download Products from Product Info Page

HI,

 

Can someone please assist me or is there a contribution out there that can do thios,

 

I basically want to have products images and info to be abled to be downloaded by a user. they do not need to checkout, they just go to the product info and you would have a link to download the image or info.

 

I do want the admin panel to upload the info and product image and also what to have the download directory to be sectioned..

 

for example

 

I want a product info and image of product A to be in folder download/test

 

So when i go to my categories TEST .. i will see Product A, i go to that product and i see the info and the options to download the image and info sheet..

 

Any suggestions would be great.
