Only one newsletter will sent

I have problem with newsletters. When I want a newsletter send, it will only to one User sent (subscribe are 19). Can You help me?

 

I use:

- OsCommerce 1.03.02

- Apache/2.0.49 (Win32) mod_perl/1.99_12 Perl/v5.8.3 mod_ssl/2.0.49 OpenSSL/0.9.7d mod_python/3.1.3 Python/2.3.3 mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 DAV/2
