Guest Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 OK, after checking out from my shopping cart and going on Verisign's Payflow Link to make the payment, it succeeds and the card is approved. However, I do not get an email from the "osCommerce part" telling me to process the order and there seems to be broken communication from Verisign back to osCommerce saying that the payment was approved and that osCommerce should send out an email to allow me to process the order. I installed Verisign on my Payment Module in osCommerce and also I fixed the return URL in the Account Info section in Verisign. Here's how Verisign is setup: RETURN URL: LINK RETURN URL: HTTP://AKTUELLA.NET/CATALOG/CHECKOUT_PROCESS.PHP Am I missing a step?? Please, someone kindly help. Thanks in advance! Guest Posted October 12, 2005 Share Posted October 12, 2005 I just found the solution and wanted to post if anybody else was having the same problem. Search for the OrderCheck contribution and it should fix it. OrderCheck sends the order process email BEFORE the customer goes to Verisign, because if the customer does not click the Confirm Order button at Verisign, it doesn't get logged in OsCommerce.
