supagene Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 I'm haveing a problem sometimes when people go to checkout they are thrown out and sent back to the login page. I have not experienced this my self but have had numberus customers telling me about this problem. Has anyone experienced this problem or effect and how were you able to fix it. ♥Vger Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 The usual cause of this is an incorrect http or https cookie domain setting in your includes/configure.php file. The cookie_domain must be a domain and not a URL. So it must be something like 'www.yourdomain.com' and not like 'http://www.yourdomain.com'.
