Shipping fees

i would like to charge a flat rate for shipping (which is easy enough to do)..... BUT if somebody orders more than say 10 items.... then I would like that rate to be increased...... how do I configure something like that???

I don't know how you guys ship but I used the FEDEX contrib and it is great! It works off of the delivery zipcode and weight. The shipping is never the same which looks very credible and increases if it is going far. Works for me! Check out the contribs. This is what I used.

I am shipping using USMail.... but I do not want to use the mail module.

 

I want people to be able to select normal, 2 day, or next day.

 

I want there to be basically a flat fee for this.... if up to 3 items are ordered, and to add $1.00 to the shipping charges for each addition item.
