Add Customer's Email Adress to Order Email?

Everytime one of our customers orders something, an extra order email goes to another company who delivers the product.

With the standard setting, the email address of the cusomer is not included in these mails.

 

Can anyone tell me, what I need to add in the checkout_process.php file that the email address will be added under the billing address?
