Guest Posted October 10, 2005 Share Posted October 10, 2005 I do not like the newsletter module in Oscommerce so I was thinking of using PHPlist, Could anyone tell me how I could link the suscribe to newsletter in Oscommerce to PHPlist. As each program has it's own database, I need the newsletter email database in Oscommerce to be copied to the PHPlist database, preferably automatically. If people choose to unsuscribe from the newsletter I will need both the PHPlist database to be updated and the Oscommerce database to be updated. I guess my idea is a no go I use a third party mailing list program but I haven't intergrated it with Oscommerce. I have an opt-in signup on my home page that people can use to subscribe to my general newsletter. I use Oscommerce's as my store newsletter, for those who have taken the time to create an account/and or make a purchase so i can tailor the information that goes to them a little differently...
