Insert a <br> in shipping

On the order confirmation page it displays shipping like this:

How can I change this to:

 

Shipping & Handling Flat Rate

(Best Way)

 

It appears that the "(" and ")" around the "(Best Way)" are being added in somewhere.

 

But where is the code?

look in the language file for tables, in the one for 'best way' add the br at the front of the line
