Account Create Details not required

Hi ,

 

Can someone please help me out here, i am trying to remove the require information from the creating account page, i would like the field and options to be there but it would be up the the user to add their details if they wanted to.

 

All i need it the required name , email address and contact number. and yes the password the rest is up to them.
