Warning: session_save_path():

Hi Guys

 

This is probably an old chestnut but I cannot find an answer to this problem anywhere.

 

Warning: session_save_path(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/********/public_html)

 

This is hosted on Supanames, I have other site running here that work fine.

 

Has anybody encountered this and knows how to fix it.

 

I have tried putting the full path to temp in the config file but nothing works
