Now I'm getting this error.

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/mycart/wholesale/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server!

I still haven't got the shopping cart empty at checkout error fixed either.

I'm not sure if they are related. Please help.
