Loop at checkout_shipping.php

I have a fresh install with the downloads controller contributions installed along with authorizenet. When testing and adding components for download I get to the Delivery Information page in the checkout_shipping.php and from there it just keeps looping. I've double checked all my permissions on the contribution and everything else works perfect.

 

Any ideas?
