You need an account with usps and a webaccount for Webtools too. Yes, i did read what you wrote. I did this and when i create a name to checkout a USPS error comes up. This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order. United States Postal Service An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner. That comes instead of all of the options.
