Can OSCommerce handle over 3,000 SKUS? Can osc be on an access database?

Can OSCommerce handle over 3,000 SKUS? I am assuming that the answer is yes, but it is it also possible to run OSCommerce on an Access database?

3,000 yes no problems, one of my clients has 50,000

 

not sure about Access but whats wrong with MySQL?

access does not work with osCommerce

The access DB does not work with standard osC, but it can be re-tooled to do so, if it is manditory to use access. This is not a small job though, and you will need yto do some serious re coding of the system to make it work correctly.
