Installing another postage per item module

Hi,

 

I would like to install a new module so that i can add an additional postal option for recorded price lise the one that is flat rate per item.

 

So they will have the option e.g.

 

Flat rate 0.30

 

Recorded 0.50

 

Any ideas?
