Guest Posted October 9, 2005 Share Posted October 9, 2005 I have a client who's cart is currently using the flat rate shipping. Sometimes it fails to charge any shipping at all. I have free shipping switched off -- It seems erratic and I can't figure out why it works one time and not the next. Has anyone encountered this problem? Guest Posted October 9, 2005 Share Posted October 9, 2005 I made a mistake, it is not the "flat rate" that is causing the problem, but the "per item" module.
