kirchenbauer
Do you have access to your SQL through phpMyAdmin? If you do, then you can go to the Reviews database table and then click "Browse" to see if there are actually any reviews in there. Is it possible that a review was written, but the product is inactive or out of stock?

kirchenbauer
Are the products that have reviews on them products that are both IN STOCK and ACTIVE? Can you go to your website and see if those products are visible to the customer?

Is it possible that the customer was going to leave a review but did not finish it. I do see it in phpmyadmin but cannot see what they wrote only the product id and their name. kirchenbauer
In phpMyAdmin, there is a database field called "reviews_description". If you go to that table and click Browse, you will be able to view and edit the text, if necessary. Other than that, if the products are In Stock and Active, then I don't know the answer. :(

kirchenbauer
If you want to get rid of them, you can delete them from the database. I don't understand how they were able to do a review without selecting a product.
