Variable passed to each() is not an array or object

I'm still in the process of settting up the cart and I just fill in a new customer from the web site and got this message: Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in D:\Websites\MyTestSite.com\shop\includes\functions\compatibility.php on line 163

 

Everthing seems to be ok other wise.
