payment option problems

hiya

i am having a problem that when you check out it does not show the radio buttons for payment options. i have double checked that i have chosen the right payment options in the admin, but it still shows no choices in checkout... the options i have used is paypal and check/ money order ... i am using ms2.2

 

any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you check the Zone setting and the zone( Test address ) thru which you logged in.

As OSC checks whether the Payment module is acceptable for that zone if not then on the run it disables the availability of the payment option for the customers from that zone.
