Orders Getting Missed

Hi,

 

I have an occasional error that is becoming more frequent & is almost to the point where I'll have to close down the store as it is causing so much trouble.

 

Most orders are OK, but some go through the Credit Card module & the customer money is taken, but I don't see anything in the "Orders" section of the OsC Admin Screen. I do get an advisory e-mail saying "Thank you for your order" but that comes from my merchant services compay server.

 

As I said this used to not happen, then it was rare, now it is becoming more frequent. I've searched for previous solutions, but not found anything so far that pertans to this problem, athough have to admit that so many results were returned that I didn't read all of them. So maybe there is some previous history to this troub which is well known about already.

 

Any help would be greatfully received.
